Everyone is required to sign a trampoline park waiver in order to enter the trampoline park. Please make sure that you and all other parents fill out the trampoline park waiver before the party as well to ensure a quick check-in process at the beginning your party.
Parents only have to pay $3 for trampoline socks to enter the trampoline park. Feel free to bring in socks from other trampoline parks!
Children under 36" must be accompanied by a parent on the trampoline park.
Deposits are only refundable up until a week before your party.
Due to a buffer time of only 30 minutes between parties, we ask that you are ready to leave the room at the time that your private room reservation ends. Failure to do so may incur extra charges. However, you may remain in the store to play at our arcade or if you want extra jump time.
Game credits are not included in the basic party packages, but you are more than welcome to add it on.
An ID or Credit Card is needed up front upon arrival and will be picked up at the end of the party during checkout. Your party host will bring it up to the front desk for you.
Weekday discounts for Party Rooms are NOT applicable to holidays and/or school vacation weeks during the school year.
Unfortunately, we cannot make up for lost time if you arrive late to your set reservation time as we have other bookings as well.
