THINGS TO NOTE:

  1. Everyone is required to sign a trampoline park waiver in order to enter the trampoline park. Please make sure that you and all other parents fill out the trampoline park waiver before the party as well to ensure a quick check-in process at the beginning your party.

  2. Parents only have to pay $3 for trampoline socks to enter the trampoline park. Feel free to bring in socks from other trampoline parks!

  3. Children under 36" must be accompanied by a parent on the trampoline park.

  4. For all Food Inquiries please contact us at parties@spacezero.us!

  5. Deposits are only refundable up until a week before your party.

  6. Due to a buffer time of only 30 minutes between parties, we ask that you are ready to leave the room at the time that your private room reservation ends. Failure to do so may incur extra charges. However, you may remain in the store to play at our arcade or if you want extra jump time.

FAQ

1) How early can I come in to set up? 

Due to a 30 minute window in between parties for our staff to clean and set up, we ask that you come in up to 15 minutes before your party so that we have time to prepare your room. 

2) Do I need to bring in my own supplies (tablecloth, plates, utensils, napkins, cups, cake knife)? 

Nope! We provide all of those for you! However, we do not provide any candles nor decorations. 

3) Can I bring in outside food?

Yes, just make sure that there are no nuts in your food and that you fill out our food waiver beforehand. Please be aware of any food allergies in your party. 

4) Can you store my cake for me? 

Yes, we can store your cake for you one day before your party. 

5) Do I need to pay to go on the trampoline park? I won’t be jumping, just watching my kid. 

Due to safety concerns, everyone must wear trampoline socks to enter the trampoline park. They’re only $3, but feel free to bring in socks from other parks!

6) Is there an age restriction? 

Kids of all ages are welcome! However, if your child is under 36," it is required that you accompany them on the trampoline park.
